We’ll save you a seat
The fastest way to get a chair is to book online. You’ll see every open slot for the next three weeks.
Last appointments: we only book times that let your service finish before we close. For example, a 45-minute Skin Fade on a weekday can start at 6:00pm at the latest. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Parking
Free, secure parking right outside with a guard on duty during opening hours.
Getting here
Two minutes from Borrowdale Road, opposite the shopping centre. Look for the lime-green door.
Payment
Cash (USD), Visa, Mastercard and EcoCash. You pay in the shop after your service.
Good questions
Can’t find your answer?Call us on +263 77 255 5018
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, whenever a chair is free. Online bookings always come first, so booking is the only way to guarantee a time. The home page shows the next free chair in real time.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Call or text us at least 12 hours before your appointment and we’ll move it for free. You can also cancel from the “Your bookings” list on the booking page on the device you booked with. See our cancellation policy.
How do I add my booking to my calendar?
After you confirm, you’ll get one-tap buttons for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar (.ics) and Outlook. The event includes your service, barber, the exact start and end time, our address and your booking reference, plus a reminder one hour before.
What if I’m running late?
We hold your chair for 10 minutes. After that we may need to shorten your service or rebook you so the next client isn’t kept waiting.
Do you cut kids’ hair?
Absolutely. Kids Cut is for ages 12 and under, and Rudo is our go-to for first haircuts. Anyone under 16 needs a parent or guardian in the shop.
How does the first-visit discount work?
New clients get 20% off any single service with code FirstFade26 at checkout. It can’t be used on packages or combined with other offers. Full details in our promotion terms.
