Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it and how you stay in control.
1. What we collect
When you book we ask for your name, mobile number and email, the service, barber, date and time you choose, and any notes you add (such as a style reference or a skin sensitivity). We don’t collect payment details online.
2. How we use it
- To hold your appointment and contact you if something changes.
- To give your barber useful notes before your visit.
- To apply first-visit discounts fairly.
We never sell your data and we don’t send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
3. Data stored on your device
Our booking page saves your upcoming bookings and contact details in your browser’s local storage, so you can see, re-add to your calendar or cancel bookings later, and so the form is pre-filled next time. It also remembers whether you’ve closed our first-visit offer so it doesn’t keep popping up. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking records for up to 24 months so we can see your cut history and honour free line-ups, then delete them. Photos or videos you agreed to are removed within 7 days if you ask.
6. Your rights
Under Zimbabwe’s Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. We’ll respond within 30 days.
